Gardens and Land

​Longfield is in the heart of the Russian River, just a few miles southwest of Healdsburg, surrounded by farms, trees and vineyards. The property has 13 acres of land, all flat.

The main house area includes a barn, fishing shack, bocce court, 50" pool and cabana with outdoor shower. The gardens around the house have been landscaped with mulberry, coastal oak trees, a fruit orchard and vegetable garden. Towering 40 year old oak trees provide privacy and a stunning setting.

A patio area with outside dining and seating is just off the house porch. An international regulation sized bocce court provides guests with entertainment. The pond seasonally contains big-mouthed bass. The solar heated pool is appointed with four loungers for relaxing, eating and spending time with friends and family.
